We can generally fit you in within a week but some times of year are very busy and we advise booking well ahead if you are preparing for a specific date such as a wedding.

We do not charge a cancellation fee but would appreciate as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your appointment. You can then reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.

We are dedicated to encouraging and training new hair-dressing professionals. Where appropriate, apprentices may carry out procedures within their capabilities but always under the closest supervision.

This just does not happen. Your Serendipity experience is an organic process and we work with you until we achieve the result you are happy with.

Yummy coffee, cakes and other refreshments are available from Cosy Café Delight – right next door.

There is ample parking at the rear and the salon is no more than a few metres away. There are no steps to negotiate making access easy even for those with limited mobility.
